In São Paulo today Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated, and Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (USI), a subsidiary of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc. (ASE), signed an agreement to form a joint venture.
